Annulment
How do I qualify for an Annulment?
In order to obtain an annulment you must be able to prove that the marriage is void or voidable.
A marriage can be voided under the circumstances that the petitioner was a minor at the time of the marriage, concealment of prior marital status, fraud, force, or physical or mental incapacity, intoxication, refusal of intercourse.
The annulment statue, authorizes the superior court to nullify or void a marriage when there is a reason rendering the marriage void.
