Wills
A will allows you to name the individuals, trusts or charitable organizations to receive your assets when you pass away. In your will you should:
- Nominate an executor to administer your estate in probate to determine wether such executor is to be bonded or not
- Nominate a guardian for your minor child(ren)
- In case of a living will, to furnish instructions concerning extended medical treatment that should and should not be withheld or provided if you are unable to communicate.
